WRAGE A/K/A TY WRAGE; ANGEL A. ATHEY; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 8 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
