SIEGEL; HELEN M. SIEGEL; CHARLESTON PARK HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOCKEY CLUB OF NORTH PORT PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 15 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
