Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
LOTS 654, 666, 667, 668, 669, AND 670, LAKE SARASOTA, UNIT #8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 89 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest bidder for cash, on May 6, 2013 at 9:00 am on Sarasota County's Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclosure.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statues.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
