Finocchiaro a/k/a Timothy Benjamin Finocchiaro, Tenant #1 n/k/a Kelly Dobson, Wilderness Lake Preserve Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 22nd day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
