Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of PASCO County, Florida, the clerk sell the property situated in PASCO County, Florida described as:
SUBDIVISION LOT NO. 39, IN TRACT 114, SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT OF ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE 30 FEET SOUTH AND 160 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID TRACT 114 FOR POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN SOUTH 122.58 FEET; THENCE WEST 70 FEET, THENCE NORTH 122.58 FEET, THENCE EAST 70 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
and commonly known as: 36822 Chestnut Lane, Zephyrhills, Florida 33541, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on MAY 13, 2013, at 11:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
