NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment dated March 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-004944-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein CAPITAL CITY BANK is the Plaintiff and ACCENT CUSTOM HOMES, INC., JOHN VASSILAGORIS, JOANNA PANOPOULOS a/k/a JOANNA PANOPOULAS a/k/a JOANNA PANAPOULOS, and TAYLOR'S HEIGHTS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on April 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment:
Lots 7, 19, 20, 21, and 22, Taylor's Heights, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page(s) 164, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
