NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-004306ES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-21, is Plaintiff and RICARDO RODRIGUEZ; GLADYS E. RODRIGUEZ N/K/A GLADYS ENERY CORTES; STAGE COACH PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AMICA MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY AS SUBROGEE OF TAUNYA M. BAKER; STATE OF FLORIDA, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 20th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 1, OF STAGE COACH VILLAGE-PARCEL 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38 AT PAGES 59, THROUGH 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
