YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Unit 2046, Building D of TALIA, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium dated October 17, 1984, as recorded in Official Records Book 1385, Pages 1858, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and all amendments and attachments thereto, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. the street address of which is: 39132 C.R. 54 #2046 Zephyrhills, FL, 33542.
“The Association has discovered an error in the Legal Description throughout the history of this condominium unit. The original legal descriptions noted on the Warranty Deed, recorded in O.R. Book 7699, Page 267, Mortgage, recorded in O.R. Book 7699, Page 269, the Quit Claim Deed, recorded in O.R. Book 7005, Page 278, and Quit Claim Deed recorded in O.R. Book 5705, Page 944, all noted the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1385, Page 1881, instead of O.R. Book 1385, Page 1858, which is the correct Delcaration Page.”
