NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 26, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-007947 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and TOM S. CISCO, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of May, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 14, DUPREE LAKES PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE(S) 15 THROUGH 31, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
