NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 5, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-008475 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CAPITAL ONE, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and Frank W. Meyer; Shari Ruth Meyer, A/K/A Shari R. Meyer; JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association As Successor in Interest to Washington Mutual Bank; and Current Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on May 9, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
A tract of land lying in Section 31, Township 25 South, Range 20 East, Pasco County, Florida.
More particularly described as follows:
Begin at the northeast corner of stated Section 31, thence run North 88 degrees 50'27” West, (assumed bearing) 2713.67 feet; thence South 25 degrees 43'38” West, 2617.41 feet; thence South 17 degrees 41'52” West, 1331.23 feet; thence South 58 degrees 57'39” East, 1652.44 feet; thence South 74 degrees 42'35” East, 1123.19 feet for a point of beginning; thence continue South 74 degrees 42'35” East, 170.00 feet; thence South 12 degree 05'01” West, 320.45 feet; thence North 74 degrees 42'35” West, 170.00 feet; thence North 12 degrees 05'01” East, 320.45 feet to the point of beginning. Less road right-of-way and less one-half of any and all oil, gas and mineral rights or record.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
