Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 2 day of April, 2013, and entered in case No. 11-CC-005330 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HEATHER RIDGE II OF BROOKSHIRE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MARK HARTWELL, DANELLE HARTWELL, and WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. S/B/A OF WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 2 day of May, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit No. 193, Building No. 19, HEATHER RIDGE II OF BROOKSHIRE, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2106, Page 3392, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
