NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 12, 2013, entered in Case Number 12-CA-051032 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GECMC 2001-3 HANCOCK RETAIL, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff, and ORANGE GROVE CENTER GROUP, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and ORANGE GROVE CENTER OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation, are the Defendants, that LINDA DOGGETT, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Lee County, Florida, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on May 2, 2013, the following described property, together with all improvements, appurtenances and fixtures, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
A parcel of land lying in and being part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 44 South Range 24 East, Lee County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
