NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-056600 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in Which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. As Trustee For Freddie Mac Securities Remic Trust, 2005-S001, is the Plaintiff and Betty L. Plummer, Whiskey Creek Village Green Condominium, Section Six, Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 9:00am on the 3 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 619, WHISKEY CREEK VILLAGE GREEN, SECTION SIX, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1021, AT PAGE(S) 123, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
