NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 1, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-CA-001084 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein The Villages at Country Creek Master Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Richard W. Aronson is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 1 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK E, OF THE VILLAGES AT COUNTRY CREEK UNIT TWO RE-PLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 53 TO 66, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 21179 Burtchers Holler, Estero, FL 33928.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
