NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 3, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-051544 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on the 3 day of May, 2013 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 58 AND 59, BLOCK 932, UNIT 26, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 117 THROUGH 148, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
