RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed February 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-054445 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff, and IAN G. SPENCE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, Block 110, Unit 9, Section 27, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, LEHIGH ACRES, according to the Map or Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, page 76, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
