Shoemaker (Deceased),, Bank of America, N.A., Christine Elizabeth Macy, as an Heir of the Estate of Kenneth R. Shoemaker, Kenneth R. Shoemaker, Jr. a/k/a Kenneth R. Shoemaker, as an Heir of the Estate of Kenneth R. Shoemaker, Lori Ann Jewett, as an Heir of the Estate of Kenneth R. Shoemaker, Robert Scott Shoemaker, Sr. a/k/a Robert Scott Shoemaker, as an Heir of the Estate of Kenneth R.
