NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 2 day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-015986, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and KATHLEEN A. GRACE , INDIVIDUALLY AND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF RICHARD F. GRACE, DECEASED; BUILDER SERVICES GROUP, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION F/K/A MASCO CONTRACTOR SERVICES CENTRAL INC D/B/A STRATEGIC INSULATION SERVICES; MIROMAR LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUPERIOR POOLS OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA, INC.; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; FRANCIS X GRACE; MARY M GRACE; RICHARD K GRACE; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RICHARD F. GRACE, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD F GRACE, DECEASED; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on the 2 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, MIROMAR LAKES UNIT VIII-PORTO ROMANO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGES 7 THROUGH 10 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
