NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 9, 2012 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed 4-7-2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-053149 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and DEVERNE DONOVAN, NIZELAIRE HILAIRE, AND CAPE CORAL CIVIC ASSOCIATION INC, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 12 day of June, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 4481, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION UNIT 63, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 48 TO 81, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
