NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed APR 05 2013 and entered in 36-2009-CA-065709 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES INC., is the Plaintiff and AMY L CHASE A/K/A AMY LOU CHASE; CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA, CODE COMPLIANCE; RANDALL F CHASE A/K/A RANDALL FRANCIS CHASE are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on May 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 25 AND 26, BLOCK 4031, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS CAPE CORAL, UNIT 56, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA IN PLAT BOOK 19, AT PAGES 107 TO 116, INCLUSIVE.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
