NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order filed APR 05 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-050333 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Wamu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-PR1 Trust, Plaintiff and Margaret M. Harkins a/k/a Margaret Harkins are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on May 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 101, BUILDING 25, LAKE HOMES AT TARPON GARDENS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4154, PAGE 3910, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES AND COMMON ELEMENTS, THERETO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
