NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-53617, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC4 is the Plaintiff and RHONDA L BERG, CYPRESS LAKE ESTATES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, SUSAN D BERNATH, and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A EVAN BERG IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on the 6th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT D, BUILDING 23, CYPRESS LAKE ESTATES, A CONDOMINIUM (PHASE III) A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1736, PAGE 4741, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
