FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and RONALD L. GREEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONALD L. GREEN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. . I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at [ ] BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 6th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
