Clayton, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for the Mortgage Store Financial, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Dallas Doh are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , at 9:00am on the 3rd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 2494, UNIT 36, PART 1, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 87 THROUGH 94, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
