NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-050589 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, successor trustee to Bank of America, National Association, as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-13, is the Plaintiff and Gary Dedilectis, Robert Dedilectis, Tenant #1 aka Stephanie A. Meyer, Tenant #2 aka Mark Meyer, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , at 9:00am on the 3rd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
