TODD A. LAUER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TODD A. LAUER; JOHN AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; CINDY A. VAUGHN; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH; BUSEY BANK F/K/A BUSEY BANK, N.A.; NANCY S. KELLY; and E & H FUNDING, LLC.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 5th day of April, 2013, and entered in case No. 12-CA-55735 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ROY F. CUSTER, JR. And PEGGY M. CUSTER, are the Plaintiffs and TODD A. LAUER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TODD A. LAUER; JOHN AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; CINDY A. VAUGHN; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH; BUSEY BANK F/K/A BUSEY BANK, N.A.; NANCY S. KELLY; and E & H FUNDING, LLC are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 6 day of May, 2013 the following property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Parcel One:
North 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 43 South, Range 27 East, in Lee County, Florida, less road right-of-way.

Parcel Two:
All that part of Government Lot 5, in Section 23, Township 43 South, Range 26 East, lying Northerly of the Caloosahatchee River Canal, which canal is described and located by map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 51, Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Excepting therefrom that certain portion of the herein described land conveyed to Central and Southern Flood Control District by deed recorded in Official Records Book 112, Page 152, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
