NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-052538 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association, successor by merger to National City Mortgage a division of National City Bank, is the Plaintiff and Stephen R. Aldridge, individually and as Trustee of The Lost Ridge 2008 Revocable Land Trust; and Unknown Spouse of Stephen R. Aldridge, if any are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on May 6, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 5 and 6, Block 2724, Unit 39, Cape Coral, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 142 through 154 inclusive, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
