NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-052516 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association, successor by merger to National City Bank dba National City Mortgage, is the Plaintiff and Michael T. Smith and Patricia Smith, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on May 6, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 22 and 23, Block 943, Unit 26, Cape Coral Subdivision, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 14, Page 117 through 148, inclusive, in the public records of Lee County, Florida.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
