NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed April 5, 2013 and entered in Case No. 36-2007-CA-15439 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and JESSICA ALLEN, AS AS TRUSTEE OF THE 1118 LURAY AVE LAND TRUST; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 1118 LURAY AVE LAND TRUST; SAUL HERRERA SR; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 8 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
