NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 7, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2010-CA-008203, DIVISION: K , of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and DEVYN CUNNINGHAM; ALICIA CUNNINGHAM; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT (S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; LAKEVIEW VILLAGE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION OF BRANDON, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 25th day of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 3, OF LAKEVIEW VILLAGE SECTION “L”, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 51, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
with the Street address of: 1427 VINETREE DRIVE, BRANDON, FL 33510.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
