NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 7, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2011-CA-008888, DIVISION: C, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff and MARC C. ELSNER; DONNA JEAN WILLIAMS; AIDA WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AIDA WILLIAMS; R.L. MATHEWS QUALITY CONSTRUCTION, INC.; MEADOWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 25th day of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 91, AT MEADOWOOD CONDOMINIUM VILLAGE THREE, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED THE 21ST DAY OF JUNE 1974, RECORDED IN OR BOOK 2907, PAGE 213 AND RE-RECORDED ON JULY 12, 1974 IN ORB 2918, PAGE 985 AND THEREAFTER RE-RECORDED JULY 26, 1974 IN ORB 2927, PAGE 573, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 1, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
with the Street address of: 8712 Plum Lane, Tampa, FL 33637.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
