THADDEUS MARSHALL A/K/A THOMAS THADDEUS MARSHALL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF T. THADDEUS MARSHALL A/K/A THOMAS THADDEUS MARSHALL; SUNTRUST BANK; BAYSHORE CONDOMINIUM & COMPANY, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANT, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 25th day of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 1002 OF BAYSHORE ROYAL CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. 3807, PAGES 1 THROUGH 57, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 42-1 THROUGH 42-12, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
with the Street address of: 2109 BAYSHORE BLVD UNIT 1002, TAMPA, FL 33606.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
