NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-025541 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company , as Trustee in trust for the benefit of the Certificateholders for Argent Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-W1, is the Plaintiff and Penny Gardner, Timothy A. Gardner, Country Place Community Association, Inc., Plantation Homeowners, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 14th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 12, IN BLOCK 2, OF COUNTRY PLACE, UNIT VI, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, ON PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
