NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 27th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-007128 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Lasalle Bank National Association, As Trustee For Merrill Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan, Mortgage Loan Asset-backed Certificates, Series 2007-4, is the Plaintiff and Delfi R Almonte, Juan D Almonte, John Doe n/k/a Ivan Cortez, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 16th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
