NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-017338 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee for J.P. MORGAN MortgageTrust 2007-S1, is the Plaintiff and Lori B. Hollifield, William M. Hollifield, Fish Hawk Trails Homeowners' Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Bank, N.A., are defendants. The Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 16th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
