NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-028468 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Toni Alvarez , Trace T. Alvarez, are defendants. The Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 14th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
TRACT BEGINNING 248.8 FEET EAST AND 325.59 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NE ¼ OF THE NE ¼ OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND RUN NORTH 81.39 FEET; THENCE EAST 163.67 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF A 50.00 FOOT STREET; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG SAID WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID 50.00 FOOT STREET TO A POINT 163.84 FEET DUE EAST OF THE POINT-OF-BEGINNING; THENCE WEST 163.84 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
