NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-007006 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as Trustee for RAMP 2006-RS2, is the Plaintiff and Lance Otto A/K/A L. Otto, Jane Doe NKA Diana Colon, John Doe NKA Modesto Colon, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are defendants. The Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 14th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
