NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-008053 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for IXIS Real Estate Capital Trust 2007-HE1, is the Plaintiff and Roy Rene Acosta, Tenant #2 Name Not Known, Marta Acosta, Tenant #1 Name Not Known, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 14th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
