NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-000318 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for certificateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2007-AR6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR6, is the Plaintiff and James Birney, III, Teresa Birney, Grand Central Kennedy Residences Condominium Association, Inc., Grand Central at Kennedy Master Property Owners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 15th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
