NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-025024 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association As Trustee For Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC 2005-FR3 Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2005-FR3, is the Plaintiff and Armando Bellifemine, Maria Bellifemine, Boyette Springs Homeowners Association, Inc., John Doe n/k/a Wayne Gresham, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 14th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
