Final Judgment was awarded on March 26, 2013 in Civil Case No. 08-CA-022929, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE LXS 2006-18N TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff, and, WO QUAN KWOCK; ROMINA GARCIA; ARBORS AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on May 14, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 15019-214, BUILDING NO. 12, ARBORS AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16781, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
