NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 29-2012-CA-012150 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 23rd day of April, 2013 day of , using the following method: 10:00 a.m. via the website : http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, or relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, LESS THAT PART OF SR 93 RIGHT-OF-WAY DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 18, RUN NORTH 1.69 FEET SOUTH 25 DEGREES 24` 17” EAST 1.87 FEET TO THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY AND WEST 0.81 FEET TO BEGINNING, BLOCK 14, NORTHSIDE HOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
