NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 15, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-006072 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein REGIONS BANK DBA REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff and JUSTIN LEE MCELWANEY; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 06/03/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 15, BLOCK 8, GOLF VIEW PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
