NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-008942 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and MELISSA MICHALIK, THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A I.S.P.C., BRENTWOOD HILLS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 30th day of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 7, BRENTWOOD HILLS, TRACT A, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 33 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
