NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-002285 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and LISA M. VALDEZ-HOULE; JOSHUA S. HOULE; MOBLEY HOMES OF FLORIDA, INC, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 30th day of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
