NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2011-CA-010101 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and CURTIS L. BROWN SR., WILSHIRE HOLDING GROUP, INC., CARRIAGE POINTE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., APPLIED BANK F/K/A APPLIED CARD BANK, CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NA F/K/A CAPITAL ONE BANK, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 30th day of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 107, BLOCK A, CARRIAGE POINTE PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGE 270, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
