LOT 3 BLOCK 153 MAP OF PART OF PORT TAMPA CITY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 56-58 TOGETHER WITH THE EAST 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE WEST; SAID LANDS SITUATED, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, FLORIDA FORECLOSURE ATTORNEYS, PLLC, whose address is 601 Cleveland Street, Suite 690, Clearwater, FL 33755, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, response due by May 13, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
