NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-021118, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS AND OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL D ZITO, ACADIA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., FAIRBOURNE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., SUN CITY CENTER WEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WACHOVIA BANK, NA, RUTH E. ROHLAND, NAOMI M. SPURLOCK, UNKNOWN TENANT (S); and MICHAEL P. ZITO IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 25th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL; UNIT 43, FAIRBOURNE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOFRECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 73; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 11156, PAGE 1151, AND SUPPLEMENTS THERETO RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12476, PAGE 1558, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 17, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
