NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-016259, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and VINCENT WEICHMANN A/K/A VINCENT J WEICHMANN; COUNTRY PLACE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; RBC BANK (USA) F/K/A RBC CENTURA BANK; KATHI WEICHMANN A/K/A KATHI A WEICHMANN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A KASEY WEICHMANN and UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 29th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 2, COUNTRY PLACE UNIT VI, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
