NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-016795, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JHON GARCIA A/K/A JHON J GARCIA, LAKE BRANDON ASSOCIATION, INC, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., MARIA GARCIA A/K/A MARIA L. GARCIA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A DIANA BRAVO IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 29th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 18, EDGEWATER AT LAKE BRANDON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGES 73 THROUGH 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
